My wife's friend, Niki, gave us a free parking pass to Cabrillo National Park. On our last day in San Diego we decided to go check it out. One the way there, we passed this amazing military cemetery, The Gettysburg National Cemetery, overlooking the ocean. We had to stop and explore it more! My wife got some photos of the corvette driving through.
After the exploring the amazing military cemetery, we headed on to Cabrillo National Monument. The views around us were gorgeous and we must have been VERY south because both my wife and I got notifications from our cell phone provider that we were outside the US range - nearing Mexico. In fear of getting charged an arm and leg for data - we both turned our phones off. We didn't have too much time to enjoy the park with it already being 3:45 and it closing at 4pm, but 15 minutes was all we needed to truly enjoy it! What a beautiful place it was!!!!
The Views from the monument were truly breath-taking! You could see all of San Diego!
